• Forex trading allows traders to trade 24 hours a day and five days a week.
• The markets are open from Monday 07:00 Sydney time and close on Friday at 17:00 New York time.
• The graphics indicate the best times to trade and the opening hours. It is advisable to trade in the opening hours to avoid overlaps.
• In the opening hours, traders enjoy great trading opportunities and high trading volumes.

Daylight Savings Time (DST) is generally applicable in autumn and spring; however, it is not equally applicable to all instruments. There will be instruments that apply DST to USA times, with the EU or APAC times, while others may not apply DST at all.
